A long Collaboration

12 separate sweepings on 12 separate days, from my kitchen floor.

The ideas were moving in and out of focus. Sometimes the articulation seemed really clear, but could quite quickly move out of focus again.

Sometimes I have to stop drawing because a cloud has obscured the sun and the shadow disappears in an instant. At other times when the clouds are wispy, the shadows just fade in and out of focus and I can keep drawing even though the out line is less defined.
